The correct application of the IPEL BT 802 depends on the duration of the desalting process and of the auxiliaries used. For more detailed information, please contact our technical staff. Its recommended dosage level ranges from 0,1 to 0,3 % based on the dry weigh of the hides being processed.
According to Toxicological evaluations made by independent laboratories:
LD 50 Oral (rats, male): 3500 mg/kg LD 50 Dermal (rats, male): 3600 mg/kg Dermic irritant: Positive.
IPEL BT 802 is highly effective against microrganisms. Its wide spectrum includes:

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Keep the product in its original drum. Avoid direct sunlight. Store at room temperature bellow 50oC, protect from frost. The appropriate materials for contact with the product include stainless steel, PE, PPE and Teflon.

ENVIROMMENTAL INFORMATION
IPEL BT 802 active ingredients are biodegradable when diluted under the CIM (Minimum Inhibitory Concentration) and will not cause any damage when sent diluted to waste treatment plants. In case of spillage, proceed as indicated in the MSDS and discard accordingly to the local regulations
HANDLING AND STORAGE
Available in one-way HDPE drums of 20, 50 200 kg and in IBC containers of 1000 kg. Keep the product in its original package, protected from sunlight and store in temperature below 50oC. Suitable contact materials include stainless steel, PE, HDPE and teflon.
